Seeking Hosts

The Transition Team is seeking hosts for cottage gatherings and porch visits as part of our welcoming of Pastor Andrea and her family. We will be scheduling these in September or early October depending upon both the host and Pastor Andrea’s calendar. Hosts will set the time and day of the gathering and determine whether to offer coffee and donuts, appetizers, sit-down meals, or desserts. Hosts also will invite participants. The office can help with contact information for participants. These are informal gatherings to help Pastor Andrea get to know the congregation and community. She is particularly interested in learning what people love about Mount Gretna UMC and what challenges and opportunities we see for the next season of ministry.
